SŌM HOUSE STAGING is a boutique home staging and styling studio serving Metro Atlanta, specializing in residential staging and Airbnb/short-term rental styling and setup.

Founded by real estate investor and Airbnb Superhost Emily Weatherly, SŌM HOUSE STAGING was born from a firsthand understanding of how thoughtful design and presentation can transform the way someone experiences a home.

Emily’s background in renovating investment properties and creating welcoming short-term rental spaces gives her a unique perspective on designing with both beauty and purpose in mind. Whether preparing a home for market or transforming a property into a guest-ready Airbnb or short-term rental, SŌM HOUSE STAGING creates spaces that feel intentional, inviting, and memorable.

Our signature look is warm, organic, and elevated. We combine natural textures, layered neutrals, tailored furnishings, and purposeful details to create spaces that feel collected rather than decorated, allowing the character of each property to shine through.

  • Home staging prepares a property for the real-estate market by using thoughtfully selected furnishings, artwork and accessories to highlight its strongest features. The goal is to help prospective buyers understand the scale and purpose of each space while creating an emotional connection to the home.

  • SŌM HOUSE offers a boutique, design-led approach to staging. We intentionally take on a limited number of projects and curate each installation through our signature warm, organic and elevated aesthetic.

    Rather than simply filling empty rooms, we create cohesive spaces designed to complement the property, connect with its ideal buyer and photograph beautifully. Our aesthetic may not suit every home—and that is intentional. We work best with clients who appreciate a distinctive point of view and want their listing to feel memorable, collected and thoughtfully styled.

  • Our primary service is vacant-home staging for agents, investors, builders and homeowners preparing to list a property.

  • We welcome information about the property and your vision, but final furniture and accessory selections are made by SŌM HOUSE. Pieces are chosen based on the home’s architecture, finishes, room dimensions, listing market, target buyer and available inventory.

    Our installations reflect the recognizable SŌM HOUSE aesthetic while remaining thoughtfully tailored to each property.

  • Airbnb and short-term rental styling and setup are also available, from furnishing and styling individual spaces to creating a fully furnished, guest-ready property. Pricing is customized based on the scope of the project.

  • Not necessarily. We prioritize the spaces that make the greatest impression on buyers, typically including the living room, kitchen, dining area, primary bedroom and primary bathroom. Entryways, offices, secondary bedrooms and additional living areas may be added when they help communicate the home’s layout or lifestyle.

    Every recommendation is based on the property, target buyer, listing strategy and available budget.

  • Initial staging packages typically range from $1,750–$2,500, based on the property’s square footage and staging needs, and include the first 30 days of staging.

    Our standard staging package focuses on the spaces that make the greatest impact, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. Additional bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, and other spaces may be added for an additional fee.

    If additional time is needed, staging may be extended on a month-to-month basis for an additional fee.

  • Each project is quoted individually based on the number and size of the rooms, amount of inventory required, property location, installation logistics and length of the staging term.

    Your proposal will clearly identify the included rooms, services, initial rental period, optional additions and any applicable delivery, installation or extension fees.

  • Depending on the approved proposal, vacant staging may include:

    • A customized staging concept and furniture plan

    • Furniture, rugs, artwork, lighting and decorative accessories

    • Delivery and professional installation

    • Styling in preparation for listing photography and showings

    • Use of the staging inventory during the initial rental term

    • Removal of all SŌM HOUSE inventory at the end of the project
