Initial staging packages typically range from $1,750–$2,500, based on the property’s square footage and staging needs, and include the first 30 days of staging.

Our standard staging package focuses on the spaces that make the greatest impact, including the living room, dining area, kitchen, primary bedroom, and primary bathroom. Additional bedrooms, bathrooms, offices, and other spaces may be added for an additional fee.

If additional time is needed, staging may be extended on a month-to-month basis for an additional fee.
